Don't panic!
Take a deep breath and ask yourself a couple of questions:
1. Do you think that you have lost loads of data?
2. Has there been a security breach in which data might have been compromised?
If the answer is no to these questions, then you simply have to consider how much and how important the time lost to your problem is.
