Driver problems

So for some reason, you new (or old) bit of kit attached to your machine does not work.  The steps below are a quick way to try and sort it out, but if you need help (or just don't have the time) call 0845 3372949 and get someone to do it for you, or go to our IT support database.

1. What is not working (name, make and model)

2. Does it work at all (intermittent etc)

3. Is it correctly connected

4. Does this device work if it is plugged in to another machine
