It is easy to set up a paypal donations button on your website.  You need:

• a website
• the ability to upload HTML or have someone do it for you
• a paypal account

Your paypal account will have to be set up to receive money.  Now all you need to do is place the following code in the appropriate place on your website.  The bits in bold will need to be replaced with your own information.

The first of these is your login name for paypal (so that the money goes to your account), the second of these is a separate thankyou page which pops up once people have donated, the third and fourth  give you a record of where the donation came from and the final is simply a strap line to go with the box.

Paypal offer a variety of different ways to take payments as well as accept payments.
